Return & Exchange Policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

  • Return / Exchange Window:
    Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • How to Request:
    Please email us at hello@puffywoof.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  • Eligibility:
    Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
    Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Shipping Costs:
    Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Puffy Woof does not cover return courier charges.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange or refund accordingly.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
